đŸȘ„ You don’t need “new” tools for a killer launch

Hey Reader,

Four weeks ago, while taking a break from my toddler-filled work-life chaos, I called Rob.

I had a simple pitch for him:

“Let’s update and relaunch our most successful course.”

We’ve done it before. People loved it. So this time, we figured we’d add a little something extra—a launch content playbook.

Nothing big. Just a small PDF with a few plays from past product launches and a database of our actual launch content for people to reference.

A quick and easy add-on.

That was the plan.

But then we got a little carried away.

What started as a tiny upsell idea quickly turned into a beast.

You know those toys we played with as kids where you put a thing into water, and it grows?

Well, this course journey has been kinda like that, except without the creepy vibes or indecipherable ingredients.

Instead of a simple playbook, we’ve built out an entire library of resources.

I’m talking:

  • Blueprints
  • Playbooks
  • AI tools that can help you create a custom launch plan
  • An AI product clarity bot to refine your product ideas
  • Bonus lessons like how to craft landing page copy and build irresistible lead magnets

Here's a sneak peek inside one of the resources:

We didn’t plan for it to go this far.

But sometimes, when you dive into something that excites you, the ideas just keep building. Now? It’s become our most valuable product yet.

Here’s the funny thing about all this:

This wasn’t supposed to be our main focus. It was meant to be an add-on. Something small and straightforward.

But we kept asking ourselves, “What else would be useful here? What would actually help people with their launches?”

One idea sparked another
and suddenly, we’ve created something way more valuable than we originally intended.

The crazy part? It wasn’t even difficult because we already had everything we needed:

  • The data (I'd built a huge database of my launch content to help 1:1 clients)
  • The AI bots (Rob is the most advanced AI prompter in the space, so it was easy to make bots for this purpose)
  • The experience (Together, we've made $1M launching courses and have 4000+ happy students)

This playbook is packed with the same insights we’ve used time and again to launch products that stick. And the cool part is, it feels like we’re giving away our best stuff.

We're releasing it next Thursday, October 10th.

And even though the presale is over, you can still pre-order it at the launch price.

Stay tuned and get excited!

Erica

PS. You better believe this email is a launch play from the course :)

Hey Reader, Psssst...9 hours left to buy before the price goes up by 3x. I just finished an AMA session in the Superpath community. And my friend Eric asked a fantastic question that's relevant to launches: I love this question because: There's no easy way to do this But if you're up for the challenge, it's such a high ROI skill I needed to reply with my voice cuz I had to dig deep, and I do that better on the fly and out loud. (I technically shouldn't share this here cuz it was a private...

Hey Reader, Today is the last day to buy the Launch Content Playbook before the price goes up by 3x. If you’re a discerning buyer like me, you’re probably weighing the pros and cons of investing. I literally weigh the pros and cons of buying spicy pickles at the farmer’s market each week, so I get it. Pros: Pickles are delicious. Cons: They're super high in sodium. The pro wins 100% of the time, so I should prob just accept that. Anyway, I want to help you weigh the pros and cons of the...

Hey Reader, Most people? They play a game of Cornhole with their launch content and get results like this: I want you to imagine that every missed bean bag is a missed opportunity for conversion. But every bag that goes through the hole? Cha-ching-a-ling-ding-dong-wahoooooo. I think people assume they can “just wing” launch content because no one talks about launch strategies. Not when it comes to content, anyways. So they blindly copy what other people do and assume/hope it’ll work. Or wing...
